Turtle Tae Kwon Do If you want to understand those interpretations a bit more, take a look at Turtle TKD's theory pages.

Tae Kwon Do tutor Michael Deese's TKD tutor site seems very comprehensive and is written to appeal and be informative to practitioners of different styles of Tae Kwon Do. Also worthy of note is his internet advice (especially Mick's homonyms).

Reid's Tae Kwon Do Has plenty of extracts from the encyclopedia all presented in an easily navigable way.

Jay Cholewinski's site has a good selection of theory. It pops up some annoying adverts from time to time as well.

Sonkal Tae Kwondo has produced a really rather good patterns page. You can view them from various angles and also there is a smashing reference of theory listed by pattern or alphabetically.

The condensed Encyclopedia by General Choi, Hon Hi. Expensive, but a good source of reference.

CRB guidance For those of you needing to fill in your CRB check forms. The Disclosure website for everything you could ask.
