The ITUK is an organisation with the traditions of Tae Kwon do at its heart.
We are relatively small, but our growth in membership has been steady
over the past ten years.
Our instructors pride themselves on providing clubs which are friendly and family orientated,
teaching a style of Tae Kwon Do known as ITF.
We have numerous clubs based around the East Midlands.
